Our Story

It all began with a desire to support rare breeds. We believe that the true old fashioned breeds still need people to support and fly the flag. When the pigs first joined our smallholding, we had no idea really of looking after pigs. We have sheep, horses and goats on the smallholding, but with woodlands and orchards to graze we researched pigs. They have brought so much laughter to our home with their happy demeaner.

We believe all animals should have a choice of being in their natural environment. Our pigs are never shut inside, they have shelter if needed, and live how we believe they were born to live. We hope that our customers experience not just the taste but the enthusiasm shown by us as owners. We love talking about our animals, and are passionate in everything we do with them.
